Biozeen’s experience with hands-on bioprocess equipment operation helps us to design and build equipment that is efficient to use, and cost effective to own and operate. We design and build to ASME BPE standards.
Design - With each equipment design, the special requirements of the bioprocess environment are taken into consideration. From hold-up volumes and piping slopes, to sterilizability, equipment is designed to support GMP operations. A modular design approach helps ensure scalability, from pilot to production scale regardless of unit operation.
Build - Manufacturing and design go hand-in-hand, with manufacturing requirements being part of every design review. Our manufacturing processes employ experienced assemblers and certified welders. Manufacturing is supported by a quality system that helps ensure material traceability throughout the process and design compliance in the finished product. |
